Jena practice is a pregnant space full of possibilities, a space of being and becoming, of non-arrival, not ending and not stopping. A space of moreness, attentiveness to oneself and others. An expanded understanding of the impact of life, the importance of different bodies at every stage of life, and relationships between body, physical and emotional wellness.
WORKSHOPS:
The workshop 3. oct at 08:45 - 10:00 is for the age of 13+
The workshop 7. oct at 17:00 - 18:15 is for the age of 15+
