How can movement help us become more present in our bodies—and in the world?
In this workshop, Swedish choreographer Linn Ragnarsson shares material and methods from her poetic work Worlds End Inside. Through improvisation, sensory work, and mindful presence, participants are invited to explore how the body serves as a place for both individual and shared experience—a space for listening, connection, and curiosity.
Linn’s practice is inspired by phenomenological philosophy, particularly the idea of the body as our gateway to the world. Starting from the everyday and concrete, the workshop opens up a landscape where the magical and unknown can take shape. Movement becomes a tool to investigate how we experience and influence our surroundings—and how they affect us.
The workshop is free and suitable for professional dancers and high school dance students.
