How does the world around us affect what we carry inside—and how can the body give it form?
In this physical and expressive workshop, Vladyslav Detiuchenko draws on My Orpheus, a performance created with the company n`ERA. Through exploring repertoire and methods from the production, participants will work with a movement language that blends contemporary dance, physical theatre, and improvisation.
Vladyslav is a dancer, choreographer, and artistic director of n`ERA— a Ukrainian dance company he was forced to relocate due to the war in his home country. His experiences deeply influence the artistic expression, and in this workshop, he invites participants to explore dance as a tool for reflection, storytelling, and connection.
The workshop is free and suitable for professional dancers as well as high school dance students.
