Workshop with Iron Skulls
How can we use the body as a tool to explore surroundings, energy, and identity? In this workshop with the Barcelona-based company Iron Skulls, youth aged 13 to 16 will dive deep into a unique physical dance practice—drawn from the streets, architecture, and the unexpected, yet explored together indoors.
Iron Skulls is known for their intense and visually striking performances in public spaces, where dance meets technology and emotional immersion. In the workshop, the company shares their creative methods and movement tools—with a focus on improvisation, physical strength, presence, and collaboration.
Through a dynamic and inclusive session, participants will explore group movement, spatial awareness, and personal expression—all within safe and inspiring indoor studio settings.
The workshop is free and requires no prior experience—just openness, curiosity, and a willingness to explore through the body.
