As IN2IT International Dance Festival steps into its 10th year, we are proud to present our board — a creative and strategic partner helping us realize our visions for the future. Get to know the people behind the festival, their roles, and why they have chosen to be part of IN2IT.

Kjersti Eresvik – Chair of the Board
My name is Kjersti Eresvik, I am 48 years old and live in Kristiansund. I have a background as a legal secretary, medical secretary in adult psychiatry, and materials coordinator in the oil industry. I am the mother of two adult children and have been an engaged “dance mom” for 19 years.
What is your role on the In2IT board?
I’m honored to serve as chair of the In2IT board. My job is to lead the board’s work and, together with the rest of the board and our amazing volunteers, make sure the festival continues to grow in a professional and sustainable way.
Why did you choose to get involved with In2IT?
Dance has been a big part of our family life ever since my daughter started dancing at the Opera in Kristiansund at the age of three.I’m passionate about dance as an art form, and about the way it shapes culture, community, and identity. Through In2IT, I want to contribute to strengthening Kristiansund and our region as a place for professional dance – while at the same time giving audiences the chance to experience truly unique artistic moments.

Cathrine Pryser – Board Member
My name is Cathrine Pryser, and I am Project Manager at Kristiansund and Nordmøre Chamber of Commerce. For the past 20 years I have worked as a film producer in my own company, and for the last two years as a film producer at the Munch Museum.
What is your role on the In2IT board?
I am a board member and will contribute to communication with the audience and with our partners.
Why did you choose to get involved with In2IT?
Dance is a big and important part of the cultural life in Kristiansund. Almost everyone in the city has, in one way or another, been involved in the dance community. I love watching contemporary dance and ballet! With Normoria, IN2IT will get the lift it deserves, and I want to be part of that journey.

Hans-Petter Bjørnådal – Board Member
I am Hans-Petter Bjørnådal, architect and Creative Director at Bjørnådal Arkitektstudio (graduated from BAS in 2003). My work moves in the intersection between architecture, art, and scenography — from school buildings to large-scale cultural productions — with a poetic approach that allows space and action to meet.
What is your role on the IN2IT board?
As a board member, I bring interdisciplinary insight from architecture and scenography, with a particular focus on the visual and spatial. I have experience from scenographic work for Klemet and was the architect for the opening of Bodø2024 in collaboration with Phase7 and Artistic Director Sven Beyer — experiences I will use to strengthen IN2IT’s artistic and practical offerings.
Why did you choose to get involved with IN2IT?
IN2IT creates space for experimentation and interdisciplinary collaboration. I want to build bridges between dance, scenography, and architecture. Dance gives space meaning, and IN2IT is the place where this meaning can unfold.
Monika Eeg - Board Member

Monika works as a Entrepreneurship Coordinator and brings valuable experience from both the entrepreneurial field and her background in dance. With insight into development processes, creative environments, and artist needs, she contributes to the strategic growth of In2IT and helps strengthen connections between the festival, its partners, and the wider community.
We are deeply grateful to have a board with such broad expertise, dedication, and passion for the arts. Together with the Artistic Director, volunteers, and partners, the board will help lead IN2IT into its next decade — as a festival for community, dialogue, and high-quality artistic experiences.
