Become part of the In2IT Crew!

Are you passionate about dance, festivals, social media or creating content? We are now looking for young people from Kristiansund and the surrounding area who want to experience In2IT International Dance Festival from the inside.

In2IT Crew is a short-term youth participation project in which a small group of young people will get a behind-the-scenes look at the festival, meet artists and help share what happens both onstage and behind the scenes.

Together, the crew will create content, document festival experiences and present In2IT through the eyes of young people.

As part of the In2IT Crew, you can:

Help create visibility and engagement around In2IT by producing dance content, TikToks and Reels in the lead-up to the festival.

During the festival, you will get to experience the events up close, meet artists and share what happens both onstage and behind the scenes.

You do not need previous experience in dance or content creation. What matters most is that you are curious, creative, enjoy collaborating with others and want to take an active part in the festival.

The crew will receive guidance throughout the project and plan the content together with the festival team. Tasks will be assigned according to your interests, allowing you to contribute in the way you enjoy most—whether that means appearing on camera, filming, interviewing, editing or developing ideas.

As a participant in In2IT Crew you will receive:

-a festival pass with free entry to the festival events

-free participation in the festival's dance workshop

-meet and interview professional dance artists

-experience with content production and festival work

-get to know other young people who are interested in dance, culture and social media

-certificate after completed project

Participation is voluntary and unpaid.

Who can apply?

We are looking for you as:

•are between 18 and 25 years old

•lives in Kristiansund or the surrounding area

•has an interest in dance and content production

•wants to create dance content in the period leading up to the festival

•can participate in certain gatherings and be available during the festival days
